Leadership Seminar – Performance Management and Pay
I am writing to invite you to a leadership seminar on performance management and pay, at the Holiday Inn, Birmingham, from 10.30am – 3.30pm, on Saturday 30 September 2017.
This interactive seminar will provide practical, detailed guidance to school leaders in the management of effective performance management and performance pay systems. In addition, the seminar will explore pay and pay progression issues facing leadership group teachers, including the link between accountability and pay and the nature of fair success criteria for leadership pay progression.
The seminar is for NASUWT members who are performance management reviewers, manage appraisal systems or are subject to leadership group pay provisions.
